Let’s Carnival 2023 celebrates God’s calling to love and care for our neighbours. We do this by spreading love with famous yummy hawker fare, creative games, and inspiring programs to bless you.
We are thus very thrilled to welcome President Halimah Yacob as our distinguished Guest-of-Honour at our Carnival.
We hope that our partnership with The President’s Challenge with our $100,000 to The President's Challenge and $10,000 for ComCare beneficiaries of Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC will be a small
but significant step forward.

Where to get the entry passes?
Registration for Let’s Carnival 2023 entry passes has begun!
Pay a registration fee of just $2 for each entry pass, which will allow you to enjoy a day of food and games!
for arpc members & regulars:
Register Online & Collect
Step 1 - Register and pay via arpc.sg/carnivalpasses
Step 2 - Collect your entry passes after services from Aug 5 onwards (both at ARPC@Adam and ARPC@Bishan)
for residents of marymount-bishan-toa payoh only

Step 1 - Register and pay via arpc.sg/ep4public
Step 2 - Collect your entry passes (EPs) at the carnival’s info desk on Aug 19. Alternatively, you may also pick up the EPs earlier at KCPSS canteen on Sundays, Aug 6 & 13, between 10.00am to 1pm.
Register in person & collect at KCPSS (while stocks last)
You may also register for entry passes in person at KCPSS canteen anytime between 10 am to 1pm on the following Sundays: Aug 6, Aug 13 OR on Aug 19 itself at the carnival.
Payment mode for in person registration will be via PAYNOW only.
