About this event
Let’s Carnival 2023 celebrates God’s calling to love and care for our neighbours. We do this by spreading love with famous yummy hawker fare, creative games, and inspiring programs to bless you.
We are thus very thrilled to welcome President Halimah Yacob as our distinguished Guest-of-Honour at our Carnival.
We hope that our partnership with The President’s Challenge with our $100,000 to The President's Challenge and $10,000 for ComCare beneficiaries of Marymount-Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC will be a small but significant step forward.

You will receive an email with QR codes. Present the QR codes to collect your entry passes (EPs). Collect your (EPs) at the carnival’s Info Desk which is near to the canteen, on Aug 19. You may also pick up the EPs earlier at KCPSS canteen on Sundays, Aug 6 & 13, between 10am - 1pm.
Each entry pass entitles the holder to redeem food including 2 main courses, 3 side dishes and 3 drinks! The entry pass is also required for participating in the games and other carnival activities.

We seek your understanding that we are unable to cater to refunds and ask that you bless someone with the entry pass(es) in the event that you are unable to make it.
No. We are not raising funds. Instead, ARPC is blessing The President’s Challenge with $100,000 and $10,000 for ComCare beneficiaries of Marymount-Bishan-Toa Payoh. The carnival is a platform where we aim to bless the community in Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC.
