mental wellness ministry
Mental Wellness Ministry (MWM) seeks to equip the ARPC family Biblically to reach out lovingly and sensitively to those with mental health challenges to support them holistically in their faith journey.
The Mental Wellness Ministry (MWM) was officially established in 2018 to unite the efforts of various members within our community concerning mental health. Our mission is to compassionately, sensitively, and effectively support those within our church family who have mental health concerns, helping them holistically in their journey of discipleship. We also seek to create a greater awareness of mental health and a safe and understanding culture in the church.
We seek to focus our current and future efforts in three broad areas:
Outreach
- Peer Support
- Befriending
- Counselling
Engagement
- Workshops
- Webinars and Podcasts
- Social Media
- Church Event and Ministries
equipping
- Helper Support and Training
