ARPC Thanksgiving Dinner 2023

What is the event like?

It will be an 8-course sit down dinner. During the event, we will worship God with praise and be edified through the proclamation of God’s Word.

Why is ARPC organising this event?

Because the God we worship incorporates feasting for His people as part of living in His Kingdom. And because the people of ARPC are spread over 6 services and multiple ministries that almost never share the same space, it is vital that we create such opportunities to bring all together so as to reflect our oneness as the body of Christ.

Who is invited?

ARPC members, regular attendees at our services, regular attendees at our Discipleship Groups, regular participants in ARPC ministries as well as their guests.

If you are part of the following ministries and wish to be seated with them, please register with your ministry head instead to getting your tickets here:

• Mandarin Ministry
• Boys' and Girls' Brigade

• Rhoda & Tabitha Fellowship

Can my children come along?

For children under the age of 2, a high/baby chair can be requested at your table. There is no additional charge for this. However, as the restaurant tables are somewhat smaller, they can only accommodate ONE high chair per table of 10 adult diners.

If you wish to bring along someone to help feed/mind your child, please register a seat at the table for the helper.

What about my older children?

As the high chairs in the restaurant are not suitable for older children, you will need to register a dining space for them at the table. Alternatively,

1. We have booked the KidsAmaze playground at SAFRA Toa Payoh for children aged 3-12. The playground is made up of various padded structures like slides, tunnels, obstacles and such. Kids will have a blast!
2. We want all of our CC teachers and church staff to participate in the dinner - A small group of ARPC volunteers will be at KidsAmaze for the purposes of registration only. They are not expected to follow the children around in the playground.
3. If your child requires adult supervision in the playground, do register both the adult and child accordingly under the Children's Program ticket so that we can cater meals for both.
4. For children aged 2-3 there is a toddler friendly play area. Toddlers using this facility must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. Socks!
6. Dietary Requirement: Dinner for children program will be buffet setting, please make your own arrangement if your children has very specific dietary requirements
